‘Smart Homes’ from Obili Infrastructure

HYDERABAD: Obili Infrastructure on Sunday announced its new initiative in affordable housing with a project ‘Smart Homes’ located about 5.5 km before Chevella. The upcoming project is nearly 20 minutes away from International airport and the Outer Ring Road. Speaking to presspersons here, company Managing Director O. Ramachandra Reddy said the project spread over 200 acres would come up as world class township and the inaugural pricing range was offered between Rs. 4 lakh for 400 sft flat to Rs. 9 lakh for 900 sft flat.
The project is aimed at offering dwellings at affordable prices to people, Mr Reddy added.
